Greeting NEXT LEVEL Members,
I would like a number of you to begin wearing long sleeve shirts or keeping your warm up clothes on a little longer before you begin exercising. The reason behind this is to help your body increase it's ability to general heat and warm up your muscles preparing them for work. Heat loss over time reduces muscle function and leads to early onset muscle fatigue.
Muscle fatigue due to heat loss inhibits your bodies ability to perform at your NEXT LEVEL.
We lose heat from these areas of our body:
HEAD & NECK
HANDS
FEET
So please do these things to minimize heat loss:
Wear a pull-over athletic hoody.
An athletic track jacket
Have gloves on your hands
Have a knit hat
BE HYDRATED B 4 TRAINING (16 - 20 FL OZ). This includes juice, teas, coffee.
Note if you are drinking caffeinated products you maybe increasing your urine flow. So make sure to compensate by drinking a few more sips of waters.
Got ? Ask. Have a nice day!
