The Olympics were here!!!!

The long awaited Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia have come and gone. While it was on we were
privy to some of the top athletes in the world competing for gold, silver and bronze with international recognition for their abilities in their respective sports.

No matter how humble our fitness goals, we all can take a little inspiration from these incredible athletes. Every day they demonstrate the determination and dedication to train their minds and bodies to compete at the highest level - on this most prominent world stage. Some of the things that we as lay people can do to achieve our own measure of success is to mimic the Olympic work ethic and the consistency that regular and constant training and conditioning can bring. This day-in, day-out dedication to a goal is what creates change, whether it is a faster run time, lifting more weight or shedding another pound of fat. The discipline and motivation to stay the course and keeping the challenges coming to give yourself that competitive edge is what makes the difference in achieving results.

Exercise is hard and challenging, it is supposed to be! But at the same time it is rewarding and satisfying as it gives you a sense of accomplishment that helps fuel your desire to continue to challenge yourself.

As you know nothing in life is easy. But life is more manageable when you have structure and a pathway to success. At NEXT LEVEL I try to create exercise programs that will help you achieve your own Olympian goals.
