The Importance of Posture in Fitness

From time to time I think some of you have heard me say that I want to you to maintain the proper form and position of your body when performing certain Activities while working out in the gym.

The importance of proper form can't be stressed enough. It's the key to maintaining proper joint alignment to maximize your muscles deveolpment.

Always use the mirrors to help you check your form. Look at the front and to the side to see where your body is positioned. This should be done when performing exercises while either you are sitting or standing. This can and will make a huge difference when your shaping your body.

So the next time I ask you to check your form please do so. Your joints and posture with thank you for it.
