Quick workout in less than 10 minutes!

Pressed for time? Here are a few moves that you can do to help maintain and even accelerate your results when you're on the road or can't get to NEXT LEVEL.

Body Squats: 3 sets of 45 sec
Sit-ups: 3 sets of 45 sec
Jumping Jacks: 3 sets of 20 sec
Push up: 3 sets of 15 reps
Lower abs: 3 sets of 15 reps
Super person: 3 sets of 30 sec

These movements hit all the major muscle groups and if done with rest periods of 10-15 sec. Can be performed in under 10 min!!
