Fitness Mental Discipline

We all want to be fit and too stay healthy. It's never an easy proposition. But with day light savings upon us....

.......it can be a challenge to maintain our fitness activity to it's fullest potential.

I've listed below some ideas that you can use to try and help you stay the course in the challenging weeks ahead until we hit Spring again.


  • Go to bed at a regular and consistent time.

  • Prepare you meals the night before so you have an idea on how you plan on fueling yourself
  • Plan your days of activity. This I can't be stressed enough. Make time for your health and wellness. 
  • Think good thoughts. Read improvement books, have meaningful conversations with others. Be with liked minded goal oriented people. It'll help you stay focused.
  • Even when you don't want to.....you have to train! Sometimes it's very, very easy to say " I'm tired I'll do it tomorrow. Really? In my years of training that is the kiss of death! Don't succumb to angst!
  • Make sure your scheduling your fitness sessions with me

    @ Next Level. It's much easier being with a trainer knowing that you have to be at an appointment to help you stay on point.
There are a # of other things that you can employ to the stay the course. Try and find the things that work for you and stay consistent. You'll be better off for it!
