Some ideas to stay fit this summer.



Summer is coming up and whether you will be traveling abroad, in another state or you will be at home. Being on vacation can't be an excuse to not stay active. Your activity should be modified to accommodate the fact that you aren't in your everyday fitness environment.

Look below for some illustrations of activities that you can do:

                                                    Camp: hiking, running, biking, swimming











Beach: swimming, walking

                                                      Travel: A lot of walking, 15 min exercise routines










Staycation: hiking, walking, biking, training @ Next Level, running Lake Merritt, 









Whatever it is that you'll be doing this Summer make sure you make time for fitness or at least being active.

Camping: hiking, swimming, boating, bike riding, running

Beach: surfing, boating, swimming, volleyball, running, beach tennis 

Travel: a lot of walking, biking,

Staycation: biking, running, exercise ( home or gym ), swimming, hiking, exploring your neighborhood

There are many things you can do this Summer. If you plan it out so that while your enjoying yourself you are also staying consistent with a fitness based lifestyle. 

You'll be very happy that did.
